Insurance products

Hertz Accident Support does not sell any insurance products.

What services do we provide?

  • We can advise and assist you in finalising your claim against third party insurers in respect of a hire vehicle we provide or repair of your vehicle which we have managed.
  • We may arrange fully comprehensive insurance cover under our group policy for you whilst driving our vehicle, subject to any conditions required by the insurer.

What we will explain to you

  • Objective information to help you decide whether to make a claim where we are providing a hire vehicle or repair services, including

The risks involved the possibility you may need to take out a loan or legal expenses insurance the implications (financial or otherwise) should the claim be unsuccessful and the possibility of having to appear in court. We will not provide any advice, opinion or refer you to another firm where you have suffered a personal injury as a result of an accident. You will need to seek independent legal advice in such circumstances.

Fees and charges

Hertz Accident Support do not make charges for arranging the relevant replacement vehicle insurance.

Ownership

Hertz Accident Support does not have a financial interest in any insurer of third parties, nor in any other insurance company and nor does any insurer have any financial interest in us.

Complaints

Hertz Accident Support as a documented complaints procedure and a copy of ours will be made available to you upon request, or if you make a complaint against us.
