Customer Service – at the forefront of the business, managing claims and getting our customers back on the road
Business Support – managing information, sales support, quality assurance, invoicing
IT – desktop support, telephony, hardware, development
Supply Chain – managing at a strategic level in conjunction with operations
Training – designing and delivering operational training for all claims areas
Compliance – managing compliance and risk for the whole business
Facilities – maintaining a safe work space for all Hertz Accident Support staff.
