This is often a stressful time for our customers so our staff will do everything to make the experience as hassle-free as possible. Hertz employs over 1200 colleagues in the UK, of which around 130 undertake roles specific to the Hertz Accident Support business.
Hertz Accident Support, previously CCL Vehicle Rentals, is part of the wider Hertz family after being acquired in June 2013, enabling the Hertz Corporation access to the insurance replacement sector in the UK. The Hertz Corporation has been providing rental vehicles since 1918. CCL was rebranded as Hertz Accident Support in May 2016 and is a wholly owned subsidiary.
We are regulated by the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) for rental activity.
